International shipping take 3-5 business day for your order to be process and 10-21 days to ship. Shipping can take an additional 1-3 business days as we ship using USPS, at this time no signature is required and post office can leave package. USPS along with other shipping carriers have a worldwide shortage of staff and very overwhelm with orders and delays could occur once your packages has been shipped outside of our brands control.

Due to high demand If your order is on backorder you will be able to track the process by simple logging into your account for an update. If you order a certain color and it is out of stock we will send out the next available color that is in stock to fulfil the order. This goes for all our shape-wear including Slimming Suits, Instant Surgery Faja, Sauna Vest, Wrap and Snap, and all Sports Bands. Please add notes on order page if you would like to wait on specfic color. There could be delays during peak season from December 1- July 31.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your online/in-store purchase of waist training product, does not include butt lifters, surgical garments, slimming suits, butt lifters, faja or the size is incorrect you may return it for an EXCHANGE ONLY! You have 5 business days from the purchase date in-store or mail date received if purchased online to return merchandise. The exchange is for Miracle Vest Products, Hourglass, Sauna Vest, Sports Garments Only! ALL PURCHASES IN STORE AND ONLINE ARE FINAL SALE.
Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost. If waist trainer does fit an exchange it can be done only if item is in new condition, tags attached and hasn't been worn, torn or damaged. Reshipping fee has to be paid within 24 hours of invoice being sent. Please no all items will be reviewed to determine exchange eligibility.

Please Note: Our policy states 5 days. If 5 days has passed since you have received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in with tags, original packaging with No signs of worn, torn, or damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are returned within 5 business days of received delivery date. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item and for shipping cost for receiving a new item. Once the item is returned, an invoice will be sent for payment to have the exchange shipped back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please keep in mind depending on availability of exchange size, shipping exchange item can take 3-5 business days. A store credit can be issued in-store or online if the merchandise is returned in it’s original condition and unworn and no exchange is needed.
