Exchange Guidelines
DUE TO COVID-19 ALL CLOTHING ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Free gifts, clearance items, marked down or promotional items ask Cashier before checking out Body Creams, Jewelry, Glasses, Shades, Tea or Osmotic Wraps Body Shapers, Birthday Suits, Swimming Suits, Tights, Leggings, Snap Crotch body suits, Surgical garments, Slimming Suits or butt lifters.
Please Note: Our policy states 5 days. If 5 days has passed since you have received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in with tags, original packaging with No signs of worn, torn, or damaged.
How to Make an Exchange!
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are returned within 5 business days of received delivery date. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at thewaistbar@gmail.com with name, phone number, order number and new size and send your item to: 2760 N. Germantown Parkway Suite 199, Memphis, Tn. 38115. (Please make sure you have sent us an email prior to the sending package back)
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item and for shipping cost for receiving a new item if applicable. Once the item is returned, an invoice will be sent for payment to have the exchange shipped back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please keep in mind depending on availability of exchange size, shipping exchange item can take 3-5 business days. A store credit can be issued in-store or online if the merchandise is returned in it’s original condition and unworn and no exchange is needed.
